We stock Genie and Chamberlin 1/2 & 3/4 HP Belt Drive Garage Openers.

Note if your garage is 8 feet tall you will need an extension kit for most openers. 

For a standard garage door with an electric opener, you'll want a minimum of 15 inches of overhead clearance. 12 inches for the door and torsion spring system and three inches for the garage door opener equipment.

Note - All Work Includes a 21-point inspection of the garage door.

Adding electrical outlets or structural modifications will add to the installation cost.
